Jeeves' target group is small and midsize growth companies.
We focus on companies in the segment 5 to 1,000 employees in manufacturing, retail and service-oriented businesses. This is a broad segment that comprises different target groups with different needs. The categories are:
- Small companies with 5-25 users. This group often needs a more or less turnkey solution with a high degree of functionality. They need to get started easily and quickly and IT is a strategically important tool for competition.
- Midsize companies with 25 to 500 users. Dominated by groups with small subsidiaries that need optimized business flows at a low cost of ownership.
- Midsize subsidiaries with 25 to 500 users. The subsidiaries are on the lookout for flexible systems that can optimize their operations and be integrated in the group’s operations.
- Large companies and organization with over 500 users. Companies that often use different types of business systems or applications for different processes. This type of company needs systems that are tailored to the business, flexible and quickly adapted integrated in several units.
Jeeves two ERP systems - Jeeves Selected and Jeeves Universal - make expert use of the interests of the different groups.
