Why did you switch ERP system?
We were dissatisfied with the system we had at the time from Movex. The old system was very cumbersome. We had a period of debating back and forth about whether we should upgrade or change systems. We wanted a modern system that was more user-friendly and easier to work with.

Why did you choose Jeeves?
We were looking for an integrated system that could cope with everything from the online store to production management. A comprehensive yet simple system. Jeeves gave us what we were looking for. They presented a good solution, and we felt that we could grow and develop with the system. Also, they were open to the idea of our wish to do some of the development ourselves.

Was switching to Jeeves a simple process?
Switching to Jeeves went surprisingly well. There were, of course, some minor complications, but on the whole the project went very well indeed and ended up both on time and on budget. All basic functionality has been implemented and we are currently in the process of integrating our online store. Because the system was so easy to implement, we did not have to spend much on consulting hours, which of course meant that we could keep the cost down.

Was the switch cost-efficient?
For us, switching to Jeeves was much more cost-efficient than upgrading our old ERP system. We saved a lot of money, and at the same time we now have a system that we can keep up to date with simple, cost-efficient upgrades.

What has the switch to Jeeves meant for you?
We now have a system that is highly user-friendly. It is a flexible system in which we can make adaptations easily, and which enables us to grow. We have gained a clearer overview of the business, hence better control. Also, we can now offer our customers a faster and better service.

Have you made any changes since the implementation?
We have done one upgrade. We did it ourselves, with our own staff. That would never have been possible in our old system. We have also integrated QlikView. It's a good tool that helps us analyze our business data.

How would you describe Jeeves' ERP system?
It is a simple yet complex system. It is also a flexible system that is easy to implement and start using.
