Since 2003, Exido has examined companies´ perception of different suppliers, based on four different parameters;

 

    • the ideal vendor (who the customer might consider when purchasing system)

    • price (how customers perceive pricing)

    • performance (how the customer experience system performance)

    • competence (how the customer experience the skills of the supplier).
