"The changeover to Jeeves went smoothly, even though we switched systems in the middle of a fiscal year. We and our partner were well prepared for the change and everything went very well," says Britt Svensson, IT Director at Frödinge Mejeri.

In 2000, production began using Jeeves. The following year, Frödinge also installed an EDI solution for both Swedish and foreign customers. The solution is connected directly in Jeeves, making it both flexible and secure.

In February 2005, a project with started with a truck computer solution based on PDAs, truck terminals and traceability, giving the company full insight into where the finished products go.

Frödinge has now begun working to develop a third-party solution that also provides control on the raw material side of things. This provides complete control of the raw material from production to finished product.

An effective process documentation solution has also been developed. This enables Frödinge to quickly and easily gain access to items such as recipes, documents and tool lists. This increases flexibility in production. All material is gathered to a single location, providing the highest possible degree of security and facilitating updates.
