Nominations Committee
Jeeves´ Nominating Committee consists of the following members:
- Stig-Olof Simonsson
- Peter Lindvall
- Thomas Wernhoff
The nomination committee is appointed before the AGM, where proposals for the next year’s board are presented. The nomination committee also acts as a remuneration committee, because it addresses the issue of board fees as well as fees for the boards of other Group companies.
