Scalable business model with partners
Our business model builds on a strong interaction between Jeeves, our partners and our customers. We call this the Jeeves Community. In the Jeeves Community, all of our partners play a vital role in ensuring that ERP system solutions are developed and strengthened so that they meet customers’ changing needs.
Jeeves develops, bundles and maintains the software
We develop, bundle and main tain the software that forms the foundation of our ERP systems. We are also an important engine that sets the scene for a dynamic community, and serves as a support for partners in new businesses and sales in their priority markets and industry verticals.
Our partners are responsible for sales, implementation and system maintenance
Our network of partners plays an important role in our expansion strategy, since they are responsible for the sales, implementation and maintenance of our ERP systems. We currently have around 50 partners worldwide. Several of them are also developing their own Jeeves-based solutions for customers in selected industries or industry verticals, such as the fashion industry, produce distribution and building supplies.
Foreign markets
Our cooperation wi th our partners takes another form in foreign markets in Europe and North America which have priority in our growth strategy. In these markets we’ve established our own subsidiaries, which work with our local partners on sales, customer management and some aspects of customer deliverables.
