You joined Jeeves’ trainee program in 2006, almost straight out of college, and have been a part of the Company since then. What do you appreciate most?
“My colleagues and our opportunities for development. From Day 1, I have been encouraged to take responsibility on my own and, among other things, I have built up our professional education activities, Jeeves Competence Center, which is still part of my job today. I also like that we have a stronger international focus. You notice that at our ‘kickoffs,’ which are held in English nowadays because we have participants of eight different nationalities.”
The commitment of Jeeves’ customers, employees, and partners is great. What does the Jeeves Community mean to these people and how does it work?
“The Jeeves Community is a network that ties together customers, employees, and partners throughout the world. It’s a place where you can share experiences with other users and learn from them as well as meet them at the events we arrange each year. Everyone involved seems to be intensely interested in taking part and improving and developing our systems, which has resulted in a discussion forum on the Internet and other activities.”
