Easy to use

In October 2011 C. Wonder opened the electric green doors of its first flagship store in New York City’s trendy SoHo district. The chain sells apparel, accessories and home decor, and its wares all put a colorful twist on clean modern design. Or as they describe themselves: “C. Wonder is a shopping destination that transports women into a world of luxury and surprises.”

The store’s decor is attractive and tasteful, and it is manufactured in China just like all of the sweaters, necklaces and furniture. The entire flagship store was actually constructed in Shanghai, and then broken down and shipped to the other side of the Atlantic. This approach is in line with the total concept behind C. Wonder - breaking new ground in retail and making the entire chain, from garments to stores to shopping bags, just a bit more cutting edge. This is where Jeeves comes into the picture.

Using Jeeves’ ERP and advanced RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) management 9Kings, the company behind the trademark C. Wonder, has built an IT support system that centers on the customer and enhances the retail experience.
