Why did you choose Jeeves?
We had used Movex for 10 years, and realized that we would have to upgrade to avoid losing our competitive edge. Because upgrading Movex is very expensive, we decided to invite a number of suppliers to tender in a procurement process. Beforehand, we identified processes based on a number of questions. What will we need in the future?  How can an ERP system help us get there?

Jeeves demonstrated that its system offered a number of advantages that were of great value to us. For example, it was easy to integrate with other systems such as EDI systems, invoice management and internet. Also, it was easy to implement adaptations and extract information from the database, which made compiling data easy. 

Was switching to Jeeves a simple process?
Changing an ERP system is always a major project. But we had excellent cooperation with the consultants who helped us with the implementation process. We also put an internal project in place to ensure the switch went as smoothly as possible. We took great care to involve all of our staff in the process.

What has the switch to Jeeves meant for you?
Now, we have a modern system that enables us to act much faster on lots of levels. For example, we can provide our customers with a better service, and production throughput is faster.

And, as I mentioned earlier, Jeeves makes it easy to extract information from the database and compile reports. This is a major difference compared to our previous system. Also, switching to Jeeves was cheaper than upgrading Movex.

How would you describe Jeeves' ERP system?
A flexible system that makes unique adaptations easy, and since they follow through in upgrades, the process is both simple and cost-efficient. The total cost of ownership is low, which gives value for money.
